📋 Description

• Build and own heyData's partnership program • Identify, recruit, and nurture strategic partners • Drive partnership-sourced revenue • Lead cross-functional execution of partnership initiatives • Explore and develop new partnership formats and models • Build partner operations and reporting infrastructure • Support broader business development and strategic initiatives as needed

🎯 Requirements

• Expertise in B2B SaaS and partner program design • Strong relationship management and negotiation skills • Strategic and analytical thinking • Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Legal • Startup mindset with a strong sense of ownership • Excellent communication skills; fluency in German and English
