• You act as the central internal interface between our complex tech client projects, the involved delivery teams, and the Finance department. • You ensure that budgets are not only tracked but actively managed and controlled. • You implement standards to boost efficiency and ensure consistent use of PM tools such as Asana as well as AI team assistants. • You manage escalation processes for budget overruns or schedule risks and ensure quality across all workstreams. • You train the team in project management methodologies, lead retrospectives, and foster a culture of commercial accountability.
• You have several years of experience in account or project management and a passion for clean processes, controlling, and operational excellence. • You have solid project management expertise (ideally certified), are proficient with Asana and Kanban, and ideally have initial experience with AI-supported workflows. • You understand the relationship between margin, personnel ratio (staffing levels), and growth, and you are comfortable engaging in critical budget discussions with internal and external stakeholders. • You have experience not only setting up processes but also enforcing adherence within the team and confidently managing multiple disciplines/workstreams. • You communicate confidently and professionally in German and English. • You take responsibility, drive initiatives proactively, and think ahead before small frictions become major issues. • "What sensible process do we need here?" is your default question.
