• Support Hilton’s Global Sales Team and differentiated selling platform for its portfolio of brands • Build positive partnerships with the assigned TAM account roster of domestic accounts within Brazil • Develop new accounts and solicit new customer relationships • Grow existing relationships with current accounts • Improve revenue and grow Hilton’s market share in Brazil • Supervise and facilitate the annual contracting process for assigned accounts • Serve as the main contact for the assigned account roster • Keep hotels and brand representatives informed about assigned accounts • Oversee account management and account development for vertically segmented accounts in Brazil • Solicit, qualify, generate, and convert new business for participating ASO Brazil hotels from local accounts • Develop account planning strategies to facilitate growth • Negotiate business travel sales contracts with corporate accounts and manage local contracting and RFP processes • Make client introductions during sales calls, tradeshows, conventions, and local events • Assist hotels with conflict resolution, contract negotiation, business/revenue needs, and closing sales • Represent the Brazil Area Sales Team at FAM trips, travel and domestic tradeshows, and industry events • Identify priorities and needed hotels and strategize accordingly • Maintain relationships with hotels • Produce predetermined annual room, meetings, and food and beverage revenue • Achieve booked domestic revenue quotas and agreed sales competencies • Maintain GSE, Salesforce, and MicroStrategy records, including call reports, meeting profiles, history, and traces • Submit monthly and ad hoc reports and complete projects and deliverables • Report to the Senior Manager Total Account Management – Area Sales Team Brazil
• Five (5) years of work experience in Travel Industry Sales • Portuguese and English fluency (oral and written) • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Web-Ex, MS Teams and Zoom • Negotiation and sales skills • Experience working in a home-office environment (not including the pandemic) • Travel up to 35% • BA/BS bachelor's degree (useful/preferred) • Spanish fluency (oral and written) (useful/preferred) • Three (3) years of direct sales experience, preferably for a corporate office representing numerous brands and hotels • Experience in Delphi or similar property sales management system • Experience using Salesforce and MicroStrategy
