📋 Description
• Review architectural, structural, and construction drawings • Prepare accurate quantity take-offs and Bills of Quantities (BOQs) • Measure tiling, flooring, waterproofing, screeding, and substrate preparation works • Calculate material quantities, wastage, and pricing • Prepare compliant tender submissions and pricing schedules • Maintain tender registers and submission deadlines • Liaise with builders, architects, consultants, suppliers, and subcontractors • Prepare quotations and variation pricing
🎯 Requirements
• Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field. • Previous experience in estimating, quantity surveying, tendering, or project coordination. • Strong understanding of Australian construction terminology and tender processes. • Excellent written and spoken English. • Ability to interpret architectural drawings, elevations, specifications, and finishes schedules. • Comfortable working under tender deadlines and managing multiple projects.
