📋 Description

• Monitor and manage tenant delinquencies across the full property portfolio • Conduct follow-up calls and send notices to tenants with overdue balances • Reconcile tenant ledgers and accounts to ensure accuracy • Track, analyze, and report delinquency metrics and trends to leadership • Maintain detailed records of all collection activities and communications • Coordinate with property managers and legal teams when escalation is required • Develop and improve collection workflows, policies, and follow-up processes • Assist in preparing monthly and quarterly financial reports • Support budgeting, cash flow tracking, and variance analysis • Create high-level, owner-facing reports that translate raw data into actionable insights • Assist with investor-related reporting as needed

🎯 Requirements

• Strong experience in Collections / Accounts Receivable (core requirement) • Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets (financial tracking, reconciliation, reporting) • Experience with AppFolio (preferred), Yardi, or similar property management software • Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written), comfortable handling US-based calls • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills • Ability to create clear, concise, high-level reports for leadership • CPA, CMA, or similar accounting certification (Nice to have) • Experience in real estate, property management, or fund administration (Nice to have) • Familiarity with US landlord-tenant laws and eviction processes (Nice to have) • Experience working with external accountants or investor reporting (Nice to have)
