• Gather and analyse client requirements related to SAP Finance & accounting, Production Planning etc.. • Collaborate closely with stakeholders, including business users, subject matter experts, and technical teams, to understand business needs and translate them into effective SAP FI solutions. • Conduct detailed analysis of current production planning processes, identify areas for improvement, and propose optimized solutions. • Configure, customize, and test SAP FI modules to meet client requirements, ensuring adherence to best practices and industry standards. • Perform end-to-end system testing and coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate the implemented SAP FI, PP solution. • Provide guidance and support to business users during the implementation phase, ensuring smooth knowledge transfer and training. • Assist in data migration activities, ensuring the accurate transfer of relevant data from legacy systems to SAP FI. • Collaborate with technical teams to define integration requirements and ensure seamless integration between SAP FI,PP and other systems. • Create comprehensive documentation, including functional specifications, process flows, user manuals, and training materials. • Stay updated with the latest advancements and trends in SAP PP and production planning domains, continuously enhancing your knowledge and skills
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst, with a focus on SAP Financial and Accounting, SAP Production Planning modules (PP). • Good understanding of SAP Financial and Accounting module. - SAP PP2, SAP P02, SAP PER and SAP APE. • Good understanding of SAP PP functionalities, including demand management, material requirements planning (MRP), production orders, capacity planning, and shop floor control. • Strong analytical skills with the ability to gather, interpret, and translate complex business requirements into actionable solutions. • Hands-on experience in SAP configuration and customization, including master data management, variant configuration, and routing s. • Experience with SAP integration technologies and interfaces (e.g., IDocs, RFC, BAPI) is a plus. • Proficiency in business process modelling and documentation tools. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectiv ely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities, with a keen attention to detail. • Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects simultaneously in a fast -paced environment.
