📋 Description

• Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of B2B client accounts • Lead weekly client sync calls with confidence, clear agendas, and structured follow-ups • Manage client expectations around deliverables, timelines, and program performance • Build strong working relationships with client stakeholders and maintain a high level of client satisfaction • Surface client feedback, concerns, and opportunities to the internal team proactively • Manage the internal team's weekly task list and ensure all deliverables are on track before client deadlines • Coordinate across content, strategy, and production team members to keep weekly output moving without bottlenecks • Flag delays, dependencies, or quality issues early and resolve them before they reach the client • Maintain clear documentation of client requirements, project status, and open action items • Prepare weekly status updates and program performance summaries for client review • Translate internal progress into clear, client-friendly communication that builds confidence • Keep all client records, meeting notes, and deliverable trackers organized and current • Communicate clearly and professionally in all written and verbal interactions with clients and internal team members

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in account management, client success, or project management in a B2B services or agency environment • Strong spoken and written English communication skills with the confidence to lead client meetings and represent the business professionally • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple client accounts and internal workstreams simultaneously without losing track of details • Comfortable coordinating a team's weekly output and holding people accountable to deadlines • Proactive communicator who surfaces issues early rather than waiting for problems to escalate • Self-directed and reliable in a fully remote environment
