• Outbound calling to homeowners to introduce benefits of switching to solar energy • Identify interested prospects and set up sales appointments for the solar consultation team • Follow up with potential customers who have expressed interest but haven’t scheduled yet • Explain cost savings, tax benefits, and environmental advantages of solar power • Address common objections and concerns confidently and knowledgeably • Build trust and develop relationships with homeowners to encourage solar adoption • Log all call details, customer interactions, and follow-ups in the CRM system • Maintain an organized pipeline of leads, ensuring timely follow-up and engagement • 100% Remote Work; Full time; Night Shift; Up to 60k pesos/ month with possible commission
• Prior experience in sales, cold calling, telemarketing, or business development preferred • Strong communication and persuasion skills with the ability to overcome objections • Ability to explain technical information in a simple, clear way • Experience using CRM software is a plus • Self-motivated and goal-driven with a strong desire to succeed • Confident, enthusiastic, and comfortable making outbound calls • Passion for renewable energy and sustainability is a plus
