📋 Description

• Ensure the reliable operation of automated warehouse solutions • Participate in a rotating 24/7 on-call schedule • Maintain and update applications • Help establish and further develop service processes using Jira Service Management and, in the future, Confluence • Contribute to modern deployment processes and monitoring solutions • Support the implementation of new technologies, including in the field of AI • Work closely with internal departments and international customers • Support on-site go-lives before assuming on-call responsibilities • Gain first-hand knowledge of systems and customer environments

🎯 Requirements

• Good knowledge of hardware and software • Practical experience in IT support or systems operations • Knowledge of Oracle environments and SQL is an advantage but not required • Ideally, experience with deployment processes, monitoring systems, or comparable IT operations environments • Interest in automated processes, technical systems, and intralogistics • Structured, reliable, and service-oriented approach to work • Strong team player with confident communication skills when working with customers and colleagues • Good command of German and English
