📋 Description

• Run the leadership operating cadence end to end — weekly, monthly, quarterly, and All Hands • Own agendas, pre-reads, materials, and follow-through for leadership forums • Lead monthly and quarterly business reviews, synthesize insights, and drive follow-ups • Own weekly operating rhythms, including performance reviews, KPI and OKR tracking, variance analysis, and strategic escalations • Prepare concise, decision-ready materials for the Head of Operations and executive committee • Maintain records of decisions and commitments and drive them to closure • Maintain a company-wide view of priorities, timelines, risks, and progress • Own cross-functional alignment and connect teams toward shared objectives • Design, standardize, and scale core processes, frameworks, and playbooks • Identify and resolve friction, bottlenecks, and inefficiencies • Lead 1–3 high-priority strategic and operational initiatives from framing through completion • Track actions, risks, and dependencies across initiatives and surface issues early

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in strategy & operations, business operations, strategic program management, chief-of-staff, or strategy consulting roles • Track record of executing, not just advising • Experience turning data into recommendations and synthesizing insights into next actions • Ability to challenge assumptions, pressure-test inputs, and navigate ambiguous or incomplete data • Proactive, structured problem-solving with minimal guidance • Proven ability to design, implement, and scale operational processes • Strong cross-functional experience • Excellent communication with senior stakeholders • Ability to influence without direct authority • Hands-on and pragmatic approach • Fluent English (our working language) • Based in Ireland or Portugal and able to work fully remote • Bonus: experience using AI and automation to improve workflows, launch projects, or scale processes • Bonus: background in travel-tech, e-commerce, or another high-growth digital business • Bonus: familiarity with Notion, Confluence, Google Workspace, and project-management platforms • Bonus: experience preparing materials for executive or board-level audiences
