Description

• Holmusk is building a leading real-world evidence platform in mental health • Senior Data Scientist to contribute to and lead projects that leverage real-world mental health database and advanced analytics • Design, develop, and implement high-quality real-world data (RWD) studies • Work closely with the client team to identify research questions, appropriate methodology and clear deliverables • Write scientific study proposals and reports • Prepare datasets for downstream analysis, implement statistical methods, and interpret study results • Prepare and present key research insights and findings using written reports and visual representatives to colleagues and clients • Work in a multidisciplinary team

Requirements

• Relevant post-graduate qualification (MSc/PhD in Epidemiology, Psychiatry, or related discipline) • 3+ years of programming experience with R and/or Python • Experience in epidemiological and medical statistics methods employed in observational research (experience in psychometrics, health economics is a plus) • Experience of data cleaning and wrangling • Working knowledge of SQL and version control (git preferred) • Familiarity with a client-facing, healthcare-related environment is a plus (pharmaceutical companies, MedTech companies, consultancies) • Experience in scientific writing and project management • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
