Description
• Provide advice on complex regulatory matters impacting Hopper’s global business • Execute commercial contracts with Hopper’s HTS partners • Navigate various complex regulatory issues related to travel, technological innovation, and financial services • Draft, review, and negotiate contracts with travel partners and suppliers • Assist in ensuring compliance of Fintech and HTS product implementations with global market requirements • Partner with the business on commercial contracts and negotiations • Advise on all legal issues affecting Hopper’s business globally
Requirements
• J.D. or LLM in the United States • Minimum three (3) years of in-house, government, or law firm practice experience • Demonstrated ability to operate in new legal jurisdictions • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills • Experience in reviewing and solving complex regulatory and cross-border tax issues
