📋 Description

• Schedule client appointments by phone, through networking, and via leads, while building a well-organized pipeline • Learn and apply conversation guides, needs assessment techniques, follow-up procedures, and documentation standards • Work with KPIs, receive feedback, and systematically improve results • Analyze client situations and prepare advisory materials in a structured manner • Participate in advisory meetings, manage follow-ups, and ensure clear next steps • Maintain clean processes and consistently document activities • Work closely with a high-performing team and take ownership of defined task packages

🎯 Requirements

• Currently enrolled at a university or university of applied sciences • German proficiency at least at C1 level (spoken and written) • Strong communication skills, dependability, and reliability • Initiative and a structured approach to work • Motivation to perform and achieve measurable results • Initial experience in sales, customer service, consulting, or a sports/high-performance environment preferred
