Requirements

• C1 or native English proficiency • Excellent Spanish skills • High IT curiosity and technical understanding • Ability to multitask • High emotional intelligence • Strong problem-solving skills • Ability to show empathy, tactfulness, and proactivity • Hunger for growth & can-do attitude • Curious and always learning mindset • 50 WPM typing speed • Available for 40 hours per week • Computer requirements: RAM 16 GB (Windows) / 8 GB (Mac OS), Processor Intel i3, i5, i7 10th gen or later / AMD Ryzen 4000 or higher, Operating System Windows 10 / Mac OS X / Linux, Internet speed ≥ 50 Mbps • Experience in customer service field a plus
