📋 Description

• Own and execute multi-channel marketing initiatives across content, email, web, SEO, paid media, social, and events • Translate business and product priorities into campaigns, programs, and deliverables • Create and manage marketing assets including blogs, emails, landing pages, case studies, and product content • Drive content distribution across owned, paid, and partner channels, including SEO, email, social, syndication, and PR support • Contribute to go-to-market execution for product launches and updates, ensuring alignment across messaging, content, and campaigns • Partner with sales to support pipeline generation and acceleration through targeted campaigns and programs • Identify opportunities to test, optimize, and improve performance across channels and funnel stages • Own and improve marketing workflows, scaling execution through better processes, tools, and automation • Leverage AI and automation tools to increase execution speed, improve output quality, and streamline workflows • Monitor performance, extract insights, and continuously refine execution • Support other tasks or projects as assigned to meet team and business needs

🎯 Requirements

• 4–6 years of experience in growth marketing, demand generation, or digital marketing • Strong understanding of B2B marketing across content, SEO, lifecycle, paid media, and web • Proven experience owning and executing multi-channel marketing initiatives • Familiarity with product marketing and go-to-market execution • Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to inform decisions and optimize performance • Comfortable working with marketing tools and platforms • Proactive in using, developing, and innovating with AI-assisted workflows • Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
