📋 Description

• Support and assume partial responsibility for pitches, as well as exit decisions for unprofitable pitches • Prepare, benchmark, and quality-assure fee proposals, including CPPs, pay factors, and PRF and inflation protection models • Conduct commercial reviews and interpretations of service catalogs, and formulate comments and caveats • Support risk and profitability analyses for pitches and existing clients • Coordinate commercial proposals internationally, including uploads and submissions in auditor tools • Support the management of client profitability through margin improvement, cost avoidance, and monitoring over- and under-delivery • Monitor profitability on a quarterly basis and derive measures to prevent overservicing • Support fee renegotiations and commercial safeguards with client teams and Procurement • Support the management of media audits, including commenting on and challenging results, audit presentations, and methodology negotiations • Coordinate audit documentation and align GMP tracking and deal books • Maintain international benchmarking databases and use internal and external benchmarks • Support the development of national and international fee models and benchmark existing fee models • Support the creation of commercial playbooks, consistent contract interpretation, and governance guidelines

🎯 Requirements

• Strong analytical, structured, and process-oriented approach to work • High degree of initiative and a results-oriented mindset • Very good written and spoken English • Confident use of MS Office, particularly Excel • Confident use of AI applications, such as ChatGPT and Copilot • Ideally, experience with auditor tools such as GMP • Approximately 3–5 years of professional experience in a commercial environment, e.g. as a media auditor, in management consulting, or within media/agency organizations • Solid experience in media performance tracking on the agency side • Experience working closely with agencies and audit partners internationally • Experience working cross-functionally with tracking teams and, where required, Legal, Contracts, Finance, and Strategic Procurement
