📋 Description

• Identification and direct approach of healthcare professionals • Active sourcing via various recruiting channels and networks • Building and maintaining sustainable candidate networks in northern Germany • Conducting telephone, digital and in-person interviews • Advising and supporting professionals throughout the entire placement process • Preparing compelling candidate profiles • Close collaboration with sales and sales consultants • Managing and coordinating ongoing hiring processes • Monitoring market and recruiting trends in the healthcare sector

🎯 Requirements

• Completed (commercial/administrative) vocational training and/or university degree • Ideally, knowledge or experience in nursing, healthcare or clinical settings • Enjoy networking and building long-term relationships • Strong communication and interviewing skills • Good intuition for people, motivation and potential • Independent and structured working style • High quality awareness and reliability when dealing with candidates and clients
