📋 Description

• You build lasting relationships, identify needs early, and develop tailored solutions. • Acquire and develop clients — You actively establish contacts with hospitals and healthcare facilities. • Drive sales successfully — You independently plan and manage your sales activities. • Be a reliable point of contact — You are a trusted sparring partner for your clients on staffing matters. • Focus on solutions, not problems — You act pragmatically, find viable solutions, and build trust through reliability. • Keep an eye on the market and your network — You build a strong network within the healthcare sector.

🎯 Requirements

• Completed commercial vocational training, a degree, or a comparable qualification • Experience in sales, ideally in personnel services (staffing) or the healthcare sector • Enjoy proactively approaching customers and building long-term relationships • A strong sense for customer needs and advisory situations • A structured and self-reliant way of working • Organizational talent and the ability to maintain an overview even in dynamic situations • Confident demeanor, negotiation skills, and strong communication abilities • Interest in the healthcare market and developments in nursing • You know how to support people on an equal footing — clearly, reliably, and with tact.
