📋 Description

• Support our Talent Acquisition Managers in day-to-day operational activities • Communicate with specialists and executives throughout the entire placement process • Guide and support candidates as well as client contacts • Coordinate interviews, introductory and consultation meetings • Manage scheduling and alignment between clients, candidates and internal stakeholders • Create and maintain candidate profiles and placement documentation • Track ongoing recruiting and hiring processes • Maintain applicant and client data in the CRM and applicant-tracking system • Support research tasks and active-sourcing activities • Prepare client meetings and provide administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team • Ensure a professional candidate and client experience

🎯 Requirements

• Completed commercial vocational training or equivalent qualification • Ideally some initial experience in recruiting, HR or customer service • Enjoy interacting with people and strong communication skills • A structured and reliable working style, strong organizational skills and a team-oriented mindset • Confident use of digital applications and MS Office • Discretion and a professional appearance
