📋 Description

• Identification and direct approach of healthcare professionals • Active sourcing through various recruiting channels and networks • Building and maintaining sustainable candidate networks in Northern Germany • Conducting telephone, digital and in-person interviews • Advising and supporting professionals throughout the entire placement process • Creating informative candidate profiles • Close collaboration with Sales and Sales Consultants • Managing and coordinating ongoing recruitment processes • Monitoring market and recruiting trends in the healthcare sector

🎯 Requirements

• Completed commercial vocational training and/or degree • Ideally, experience in nursing, healthcare or hospital settings • Enjoyment of networking and building long-term relationships • Strong communication and interview skills • A good sense for people, their motivation and potential • Independent and structured working style • High quality awareness and reliability when dealing with candidates and clients
