🏆 Customer Success + Account Manager
• As an early member of the Customer Success team, you will play an integral part in establishing strong relationships with customers post-sale. • Act as a strategic business partner to drive the best outcomes for customers and their patients. • Collaborate closely with internal teams to proactively address customer needs and contribute to program success. • Cultivate relationships with specialty practices, analyze and communicate financial data, support practices through the commercial aspects of the customer lifecycle, and identify new growth opportunities. • Develop a comprehensive understanding of customers’ business and priorities to be an advisor on in-office dispensing, technology, and industry trends.
• 5-7 years in a strategic account management or similar role in the healthcare industry. • Experience with specialty clinics or pharmacies, Revenue Cycle Management, Group Purchasing Organizations (GPOs) or Distributors, EHR/PMS technology. • Ability and willingness to travel routinely, up to 50% travel required to customer sites. • Previous start-up experience and comfort in a nuanced, fast-paced, and completely remote environment preferred.
