📋 Description

• Monitor the area’s KPIs and metrics, supporting the preparation of management reports • Support the internal audit process by organizing evidence and ensuring compliance • Participate in the consolidation of the budget and forecast • Analyze variances between actuals and budget, proposing explanations and action plans • Perform reconciliations of cost centers and projects • Execute controllership process checklists, ensuring deadlines and the quality of deliverables • Support leaders’ requests and the area’s information flow • Work on process improvements, including automation and standardization of reports • Support initiatives related to cost control and the interface with inventory

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Economics or related fields • 1–2 years of experience in controllership, accounting or finance • Proficiency in cost center reconciliations and design of allocation methods • Knowledge of financial KPI analysis and preparation of management reports • Intermediate/advanced Excel (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, PivotTables, data manipulation and cross-referencing) • Experience with monthly closing and controllership routines
