• Develop and implement the company’s financial strategy, ensuring alignment with our overarching business objectives and regulatory compliance standards. • Lead financial planning, risk assessment, and analysis efforts to facilitate strategic decision-making and foster sustainable growth in the dynamic regtech landscape. • Oversee all financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, audits, and investments, while ensuring adherence to relevant regulatory frameworks and reporting requirements. • Spearhead fundraising initiatives and manage capital structures, cultivating strong partnerships with investors, financial institutions, and regulatory bodies. • Serve as a trusted advisor to the CEO and board of directors, providing strategic insights on financial planning, budget allocation, cash flow management, and policy formulation. • Drive the establishment of performance metrics and monitoring systems to evaluate the company’s progress towards strategic goals and enhance operational efficiency. • Mentor and develop the finance team, fostering a culture of excellence, continuous learning, and alignment with the company's mission and objectives.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; an MBA or professional accounting designation (e.g., CPA, CMA, CGA) is highly desirable. • 10+ years of progressive experience in financial leadership roles, with a focus on the regtech sector or related industries such as fintech or SaaS. • Demonstrated expertise in financial management, accounting practices, and regulatory compliance, ideally gained within high-growth tech companies. • Strong proficiency in financial analysis, forecasting, and strategic planning, coupled with excellent communication and leadership skills. • In-depth knowledge of financial regulations and reporting standards, with a proven track record of upholding integrity and compliance in financial operations.
