• The ISM Business Development Manager is to help grow the Infrastructure, Security & Modern Workplace service line. • Craft go-to-market messaging around ISM (Infrastructure, Security & Modern Workplace) and its technical capabilities, in collaboration with service line leadership and technical Solution Specialists • Create and maintain sales offers that articulate value to clients, explain technical and business approaches, providing material to HSO sellers, account managers and consultants to use during presales engagements • Manage the ISM sales pipeline (e.g., leads and opportunities in Dynamics 365 for Sales) through collaboration with service line leadership, HSO sellers, HSO industry leaders, and Microsoft sellers, including but not limited to:
• 3+ years of business, technical, sales, and / or marketing experiencing in cloud technologies • Strong client-facing skills, empathy, and ability to guide clients through challenging problems
