Description
• Maintain and expand relationships with clients across the United States • Develop a deep understanding of client’s business and Dynamics 365 • Establish professional relationships with key client personnel • Meet with client representatives regularly to ensure satisfaction • Identify up-sell and cross-sell opportunities • Manage sales cycle for incremental sales
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree from reputable 4-year institution • 7 to 10 years of sales experience • Understanding of project management, consulting, or customer support • Experience in ERP or CRM software industry • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 • Experience selling consulting services to multi-national clients • Experience interfacing with C-level executives • Ability to develop and execute account plans • Experience managing sales cycles for software and/or professional services engagements • Experience developing sales presentations, proposals, and Statement of Work documents • Availability to travel 25%-30% of the time
