Description

• Manage projects, time, and budget; provide guidance and support to the team. • Hold regular team meetings to foster collaboration, provide performance feedback, address underperformance, and motivate team members to excel. • Handle client escalations with professionalism and effectiveness. • Create comprehensive project plans and allocate resources efficiently. • Develop and monitor project budgets to ensure financial success. • Effectively manage relationships with third-party suppliers. • Manage project documentation and briefs to ensure accurate record-keeping. • Monitor project progress and proactively identify potential issues. • Track and report project status using effective communication channels. • Facilitate productive project meetings to ensure effective collaboration. • Proactively identify and address problems with open and clear communication. • Ensure timely and transparent communication with clients to maintain satisfaction.

Requirements

• A bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field. • Extensive years of experience at a senior level working on either marketing, website, or CRM projects. • Proficiency in Project Management Methodologies, preferably with formal training. • Experience in leading teams and driving successful outcomes. •Experience in a Consultancy, Agency, or Software development organization is highly desirable. • Passionate about achieving results and driving success. • Strong analytical and methodical skills, with excellent attention to detail. • Able to thrive in a fast pace and dynamic environment. • Excellent interpersonal skills and resourcefulness. • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. • Ability to inspire proactivity and foster a positive team culture.
