• Lead a small family of engineering teams within Data Warehouse Platform • Provide technical, product, and team-level leadership • Participate in technical execution of business intelligence projects • Build data pipelines and data ingestions in Java • Ensure data protection at scale through monitoring and automated controls • Work with industry-leading tools like Airflow, Snowflake, dbt, and Looker • Contribute to building and scaling robust data infrastructure serving the organization

Requirements

• Actively involved in building software and making products • Strong technical vision for implementing product vision • Experience in technical leadership roles • Strategic thinker with ability to push teams to improve • Effective collaboration skills across engineering leaders and teams • Mentorship and coaching experience with engineering teams • Prior experience in maintaining diverse and inclusive team culture
