Description

•Develop and execute manual test cases •Collaborate with development and product teams to identify and prioritize testing needs and ensure timely delivery of high-quality releases. •Create detailed test plans, test cases, and test scripts to ensure coverage of all product requirements. •Identify, isolate, reproduce, and track defects using Jira or similar tools. •Conduct exploratory testing to ensure comprehensive testing coverage. •Define, implement and execute acceptance criteria for user stories and ensure the delivery of high-quality products. •Develop and maintain a testing process for web and desktop applications, including testing plans, procedures, and reports. •Work with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve issues, and improve the overall product quality. •Participate in the development of automation test scripts and API tests •Mentor other QA individuals, provide guidance on testing processes, and assist with hiring as needed. •Document test results and prepare reports to present to the product team, stakeholders, and management.

Requirements

•4+ years experience working as a Software Quality Assurance Engineer. •English B2+ •Hands-on experience with Web, API, Desktop and Mobile testing. •Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field / consider professionals with concluded QA courses and proven work experience •Experience in developing test cases and scripts, and creating detailed test plans. •Experience working with Jira / Confluence •Knowledge of Agile development methodologies. •Experience working in a cross-functional team environment. •Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. •Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively.

So while 2020 had us virtually meeting because of the pandemic, we met in the Dominican Republic in 2022 and in Mexico in 2023.
