• Comprehensive understanding of modern web development, with an emphasis on PHP and modern JavaScript in a WordPress context • Knowledge of the components and technologies related to WordPress, including commonly used third-party libraries • Ability to architect complex WordPress projects • Experience in cross-project code review, debugging, coaching, and offering architectural guidance • Leading by example and voicing concerns about technical decisions • Familiarity with Git, conflict resolution, local development environments, PHP configuration, coding standards, and general computer maintenance and security • Willingness to adapt to established processes • Good communication skills and ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines • Passion for open source solutions

Requirements
