📋 Description

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for roles across Poland • Partner with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs, role requirements, and hiring priorities • Develop and execute sourcing strategies using LinkedIn, job boards, databases, and other relevant channels • Screen and assess candidates against defined role requirements • Conduct initial interviews and coordinate further stages of the recruitment process • Manage candidate communication throughout the entire recruitment journey • Prepare and manage offers, ensuring a smooth transition from selection to onboarding • Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment data in the ATS • Ensure compliance with internal recruitment processes, policies, and applicable requirements • Track recruitment activity and provide regular updates and reporting • Contribute to continuous improvement of recruitment processes and candidate experience • Work closely with the wider TA team to share knowledge, best practices, and market insights

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in recruitment / Talent Acquisition • Proven experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes independently • Experience recruiting in Poland and good understanding of the local talent market • Strong sourcing and candidate assessment skills • Experience working with hiring managers and different stakeholders • Excellent organizational and communication skills • Ability to manage multiple vacancies and priorities independently • Structured, proactive, and detail-oriented approach • Experience with ATS and recruitment tools • Good working knowledge of English • Experience in clinical research, life sciences, pharmaceutical, or a related industry is a strong advantage
