📋 Description
• Configure, maintain, and improve the Qvidian Proposal Automation platform • Support the end-to-end lifecycle of commercial proposals, RFP responses, and bid processes • Ensure content, workflows, and automation rules support an efficient and compliant proposal process • Work closely with proposal management and bid teams • Optimize and administer the proposal management ecosystem
🎯 Requirements
• Hands-on experience developing solutions on Qvidian Proposal Automation • Good knowledge of proposal management, including RFP response management, proposal lifecycle management, and bid management • Technical proficiency in Qvidian • Workspace administration • Content management • Workflow configuration, including assignment workflows • AutoFill configuration • Experience with Statement of Work (SOW) management is a plus • Familiarity with security questionnaires and DDQs is a plus • Exposure to proposal approval workflows and governance is a plus • Experience with AI-assisted proposal generation is a plus
