📋 Description

• Own UX/UI across the full online purchase funnel on sunrise.ch, from device browsing through plan selection, upsell, and checkout • Conduct UX audits and user research • Create personas, journey maps, wireframes, and high-fidelity prototypes • Maintain design systems and component libraries • Collaborate with product, engineering, and business stakeholders across Lisbon and Switzerland • Ensure designs are implemented accurately by engineering • Contribute to A/B testing programmes • Use funnel and post-release usability or conversion data to guide and validate design decisions • Act as the customer champion in design decisions

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of UX/UI design experience, ideally on e-commerce, digital sales, or conversion-focused digital products • Strong portfolio demonstrating interaction design, visual design quality, and measurable impact on conversion or usability outcomes • Advanced proficiency in Figma and related design tooling • Understanding of conversion principles, funnel analysis, and usability heuristics • Experience conducting user research and translating findings into personas, journey maps, wireframes, and high-fidelity prototypes • Ability to run UX/UI audits across a purchase funnel, prioritising fixes by impact and effort • Experience maintaining design systems and component libraries • Comfortable working directly with engineering teams and contributing to A/B testing programmes • Strong English communication skills (B2 or above) • Based in Portugal and available to work fully remotely
