Description

• Lead customer-facing initiatives by contributing new features and maintaining high standards of excellence • Identify areas for improvement in existing codebase and build internal tools • Collaborate closely with design, product, backend, and research teams • Enable technology to draw on an understanding of human emotional expression to better serve human goals

Requirements

• 6-10 years of experience in developing frontend web applications • Proficiency with modern frontend stack such as TypeScript, React, Next, Tailwind, etc • Expertise in frontend best practices including accessibility, semantic markup, Core Web Vitals, and optimization • Proficiency with tools for performance improvement, automated testing, and CI/CD • Excellent communication and collaboration skills • Familiarity with modern animation and data visualization libraries is a bonus
