📋 Description

• Prepare accurate estimates and tenders for projects • Develop Material Take-Offs (MTOs) based on project requirements and documentation • Prepare and review Bills of Quantities (BOQs) • Analyse project documentation and technical requirements for estimating and tender submissions • Assist with tender documentation preparation and coordination • Learn and adopt the client’s estimating and tendering processes during onboarding • Take increasing ownership of estimating and tendering activities • Provide CAD drafting support across projects • Interpret technical information and project requirements to produce accurate drawings • Support estimating and tendering with clear technical drawings • Apply electrical or mechanical drafting knowledge to project requirements • Adapt to varied drafting requirements across technical disciplines • Collaborate effectively as part of a fully remote team • Progress toward independent management of day-to-day responsibilities with minimal supervision

🎯 Requirements

• Philippines-based candidate • Proven experience in estimating and tendering, ideally involving MTOs and BOQs • Experience with CAD drafting • Electrical drafting/technical background preferred • Mechanical background candidates may be considered if versatile and adaptable • Strong attention to detail and accuracy with technical and project information • Ability to understand and interpret technical documentation • Strong organisational and time-management skills • Ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned responsibilities • Proactive approach to problem-solving and day-to-day work • Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with a remote client • Comfortable learning new processes, systems, and software • Able to transition from structured onboarding and hands-on guidance to autonomous work • Must disclose existing ongoing roles or client work • Must reflect this engagement on LinkedIn as “Independent Contractor”
