Description

• Main purpose is to work on copy-related tasks for assigned clients and stores • Create quality, effective, well-written, error-free, and impactful email marketing campaigns • Maintain high copy standards of company • Write copy for a variety of clients’ marketing campaigns • Assist the Copy Team with various copywriting tasks • Receive and implement feedback and copy changes to projects • Continuously develop writing and editing skills • Improve results from email marketing for assigned clients • Participate in training and skill-building sessions for the Copy Team • Discover industry-wide best practices and standards • Assist with internal copy-related needs from other departments • Directly report to Head of Copy and Service Director

Requirements

• At least 12 months of experience working as a Copywriter • Experience using Klaviyo or agency experience is a plus • Established copywriting portfolio showcasing effective copy • Strong writing and communication skills • Ability to work fast to implement changes and solve copy-related problems • Excellent organizational, time management, and interpersonal skills • Highly accountable and responsive • Great aptitude for problem-solving and critical thinking • Growth and results-driven mindset • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English • Familiarity with working autonomously and managing time • Stable internet connection and laptop or PC • Availability during office hours • Consistently work 25-30 hours per week • Open to receiving and giving constructive feedback
