• Responsible for providing customers with top-tier technical support via email, chat, and phone • Giving customers the best and most seamless support experience by resolving their queries promptly, professionally, and efficiently • Communicating with customers and ensuring every customer gets timely and effective assistance • Upholding commitment to exceptional support experiences and making wellness accessible to all
• Previous experience in a similar role within the e-commerce industry, or experience where you have been part of a team of customer support representatives • At least 1 year of experience providing technical customer support via chat and email • Previous experience with providing phone support (ideally, 2 years experience) • Any working experience with Gorgias software will count in your favor • Being a fast learner who is eager to learn and improve expertise and skills
• Full-time commitment while meeting general availability for office hours • Consistently maintain a record of 8 hours per day • Fixed-rate monthly salary paid in USD • Contractor status after signing non-disclosure agreement • Committing to a 30-day notice period after the first month
