• Manage the full sales cycle from qualified lead to closed deal • Conduct discovery calls to understand client needs and pain points • Deliver product demos and tailored sales presentations • Build and manage a consistent sales pipeline within CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, etc.) • Negotiate pricing and contract terms with decision-makers • Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets • Collaborate with SDRs/BDRs and marketing teams to improve lead quality • Maintain accurate forecasting and reporting
• 2–5+ years of experience in B2B sales or closing roles • Proven track record of consistently hitting or exceeding revenue targets • Strong consultative selling and objection-handling skills • Experience managing pipeline and forecasting revenue • Proficiency with CRM systems and sales engagement tools • Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written) • Professional remote work setup with reliable internet • **Preferred:** • Experience in SaaS, tech, digital marketing, or subscription-based businesses • Experience selling to international markets (UK, US, Canada, Australia) • Familiarity with complex sales cycles and mid-to-high ticket deals
