📋 Description

• Proactively source and headhunt candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search techniques, and other sourcing tools • Screen and qualify candidates against clearly defined role requirements • Manage multiple active roles simultaneously while maintaining strong pipeline organisation • Collaborate closely with Account Managers to clarify role requirements and keep processes moving efficiently • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate pipelines within the ATS (Workable or similar) • Deliver consistent, high-quality placements in a fast-paced environment • This is a high-volume sourcing and matching role. You will not be responsible for managing client relationships, as our Account Managers handle all client communication and briefing. • Your focus is simple: move quickly, identify the right talent, and deliver strong matches consistently. If you are looking for a traditional 360 recruitment role with client ownership, this position will not be the right fit.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience as a recruiter in a high-volume or agency environment • Strong proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter and advanced Boolean search techniques • Experience using Workable or a comparable ATS • Ability to manage multiple roles and pipelines simultaneously without compromising quality • Comfortable working from structured briefs without direct client interaction • Highly organised, self-motivated, and able to work independently in a remote setting • Strong communication and candidate management skills
