• - Conduct outbound prospecting via cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn to generate qualified leads • - Identify and engage decision-makers within target companies • - Qualify inbound and outbound leads based on ICP and buying intent • - Book discovery calls and product demos for Account Executives • - Maintain accurate records of activities in CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) • - Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to refine outreach strategies • - Consistently meet or exceed monthly KPIs (meetings booked, pipeline generated)
• - 2+ years of experience as an SDR or BDR • - Various industries welcomed, AI/SaaS industry preferred • - Proven track record of outbound sales success and pipeline generation • - Experience selling to mid-market or enterprise clients is highly preferred • - Proficiency with CRM tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar • - Excellent communication and objection-handling skills • - Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working remotely • - Experience using sales tools such as Apollo, Outreach, Salesloft, or LinkedIn Sales Navigator
