📋 Description

• Execute and maintain demand and engagement tooling according to operational standards, documented processes, and governance requirements • Ensure data quality and operational consistency across the revenue technology ecosystem • Investigate and troubleshoot operational issues across supported platforms • Document findings, implement approved solutions, and escalate risks or architectural concerns • Support engagement workflows across Qualified, gifting platforms, 6sense, and account-based outreach workflows • Perform defined execution-level tasks in Marketo under direction from the Demand Ops Technology Admin • Identify opportunities to leverage automation and AI to improve operational efficiency • Complete work through Workfront and JIRA intake, tracking, and prioritization systems • Create and maintain documentation in Confluence for demand processes, tool execution, cleanups, and recurring operational tasks • Collaborate with Demand Ops leadership, business stakeholders, and senior technical resources to ensure high-quality execution and governance adherence

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Information Systems, Communications, or a related field; equivalent experience may be considered • 3–6 years of experience supporting CRM, marketing automation, revenue technology, or demand generation platforms in a structured operational environment • Working knowledge of Salesforce, Marketo, and demand generation technologies • Ability to support day-to-day administration, operational execution, and system maintenance across a revenue technology ecosystem • Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills • Strong documentation, organizational, and process management skills • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities within established deadlines • Effective written and verbal communication skills • Ability to work independently within established processes, governance models, and operational frameworks • Familiarity with Qualified and 6sense • Experience supporting 1:1 or account-based outreach workflows and conversational engagement configurations • Experience with Workfront and JIRA structured intake and prioritization systems • Ability to identify opportunities to leverage automation and AI to improve operational efficiency • Experience with Google Tag Manager, digital marketing operations, tag management, and campaign tracking • Ability to collaborate with senior technical resources and cross-functional stakeholders
