📋 Description

• Validate existing findings related to information trust and discoverability • Document current-state user journeys, including pain points, roles, decisions, exceptions, and information dependencies • Define future-state user journeys and measurable success criteria • Facilitate discussions on pilot scope, requirements, prioritization, acceptance criteria, and business value • Translate business needs into user stories, process requirements, validation rules, and test scenarios • Coordinate reviews of extracted or transformed information with business and document owners • Develop representative questions, expected outcomes, and acceptance criteria for Copilot experiences • Plan demonstrations, user testing, feedback collection, issue triage, and acceptance activities • Map change impacts, stakeholder groups, communication and training needs, and readiness requirements • Support the release backlog, quick-wins plan, operating model, and roadmap • Document evidence of value, unmet needs, adoption risks, and recommendations for future development • Lead workshops and alignment meetings with business, technology, data, security, and governance teams • Connect prioritized business challenges to the technical proof of value within a modernization program • Work with user journeys, document processes, research, information discoverability, quality, validation, adoption, and operational readiness • Collaborate with information architecture, SharePoint, Power Platform, Microsoft Fabric, AI, and development teams

🎯 Requirements

• Senior-level business analysis experience in enterprise information, data, collaboration, search, workflow, or digital workplace programs • Experience gathering, analyzing, documenting, validating, and prioritizing requirements • Knowledge of process modeling, user journeys, user stories, and acceptance criteria • Experience facilitating workshops and meetings with diverse stakeholder groups • Ability to translate broad business needs into objective, testable, and measurable requirements • Experience developing and executing business test plans and user acceptance testing • Experience with change management, communications, training, adoption, and organizational readiness • Knowledge of Agile methodologies, backlog management, prioritization, and release planning • Excellent written communication skills and the ability to produce clear, well-structured documentation • Ability to work with technical teams and understand enterprise information and data solutions • Intermediate to advanced English proficiency (B2 or higher), with the ability to communicate in writing and verbally in a corporate and technical environment • Availability to work in the Eastern Standard Time (EST) time zone • Preferred: Experience with SharePoint Online, Power Platform, Microsoft 365, Microsoft Fabric, or Microsoft Copilot • Preferred: Knowledge of knowledge management, document governance, or data governance • Preferred: Experience with processes related to properties, tenants, leases, buildings, contracts, projects, or assets • Preferred: Experience defining success metrics, baselines, and adoption indicators • Preferred: Experience in digital transformation projects, workplace modernization, or new technology implementations • Preferred: Knowledge of organizational change management methodologies • Preferred: Certifications related to business analysis, product management, Agile methods, process management, or change management
