• Elevate NatCat products • Shape product direction and priorities • Collaborate with analytics, sales, and marketing teams • Develop applications for natural catastrophe damage mitigation • Identify and plan solutions based on customer needs • Research, develop, and deploy cloud-scalable products • Utilize SAR and geospatial data for product development • Lead cross-functional business teams • Talk to customers and translate their needs into product requirements • Identify opportunities to leverage technology to meet customer needs • Communicate requirements and technical trade-offs with stakeholders • Ensure backlog is groomed, prioritized, and well understood • Define processes and methods for continuous improvement • Adopt Lean Agile approach for rapid testing and iteration of hypotheses
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in related field • 5+ years of product management experience • Proven track record of transitioning R&D projects into production • Expertise in solutions involving geospatial data • Ability to learn new sectors quickly • Self-motivated and results-driven • Experience with data-driven products • Statistics/Economics/Computer Science degree or equivalent • Problem-solving skills with sound judgment • Ability to work in cross-functional agile teams
