📋 Description

• Lead the planning, execution, and monitoring of complex clinical trials • Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and project timelines • Collaborate with investigators, vendors, and internal stakeholders • Develop and manage study plans, budgets, and timelines • Optimize resource utilization and maintain efficiency • Resolve intricate issues and challenges arising during clinical trials • Implement and oversee monitoring and validation processes throughout the study lifecycle • Ensure data integrity and high-quality standards • Manage day-to-day clinical trial management activities and support the team to deliver quality outcomes

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant scientific discipline or healthcare-related field • Extensive experience in clinical study management • Good grasp of the drug development process and regulatory landscape • Proven ability in project management, handling multiple tasks concurrently, and effectively prioritizing duties • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to collaborate with diverse cross-functional teams and external partners • Detail-oriented with dedication to data accuracy and high-quality standards • Legal right to work in the country where the role is based
