Description

If you’ve ever thought about questions like the ones above, then it’s likely that you’d fit well into our core team of developers and designers, hard at work every day to make real our notion of the future of the construction business. With iControl, we strive to build an intelligent system to coordinate the process of building – so that projects can be more efficient and predictable then ever before. Your day-to-day activities would mostly be focused on the development, upkeep and refinement of the server components that drive our business, with ample opportunity for realizing interest in frontend web development, devops, continuous deployment or UX design. The server components themselves vary in choice of technology but, generally speaking, you’d be working with: • C# .NET 4.5 • OWIN/Katana • SQL and No-SQL Databases • Service-oriented architecture • Synchronization protocols (CouchDB/Sync Gateway) • Web sockets and ZMQ In addition, you will also be working with modern Single-Page Applications using the latest versions of Webpack, React, Redux, and our own open-source solutions. There is also plenty of room for experimenting with continuous deployment and general upkeep of both Linux and Windows servers.

Requirements

• You're a manager of one, you can set goals and execute them on your own. • You're eager to learn, you're thoughtful and you pay attention to details. • Have at least 5 years of engineering experience • Have the passion and dedication to write highly scalable, reliable code • Love solving tricky problems • You are excellent at both written and spoken English.
