Description

• Working with developers for designing database objects and SQL queries • Performance monitoring • Cluster Software installation, configuration, patches, upgrades • Own database changes, tuning and managing XDCR • Backup and recovery • On call 24/7 support with other team members

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in Couchbase Database administration in a production environment • Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science or equivalent with a minimum of 6-8 years of overall database administration experience • Experience with Couchbase clusters, XDCR, optimizing Couchbase queries and indexes, services like Query, Index, Data • Good knowledge and experience in Couchbase Troubleshooting, object design and backup / recovery • Ability to handle 99.9% uptime and 24/7 support • Experience with database clusters hosted on Linux
