• Lead the growth of the current portfolio of customers from $30M/yr to $60M/yr • Add new customers contributing $15M/yr by the end of 2027 • Spearhead growth, profitability, and trust with existing accounts • Contribute to process improvements to streamline the sales cycle • Achieve customer Trust scores in the top 10% based on annual surveys • Land two new customers per year • Secure min USD$10M/yr of new customer long-term revenue each year
• 5+ years of experience selling into the rail industry • Proven track record of sales success • Ability to manage and grow existing customer accounts • Strong negotiation and contract management skills • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to travel extensively as required for the role.
• This position is remote in US or Canada. Ideal candidate would be based in the Central or Eastern Standard Time zones. • Successful candidate will have a proven track record of 5+ years of experience selling into the rail industry. • This position requires extensive Travel.
