📋 Description

• Participate in the full lifecycle of recruiting process including prescreening candidates, reviewing profiles and assessing applications, interviewing, etc. • Research job boards for qualified candidates in the iGaming and IT field. • Manage candidates seamlessly through the recruiting process. • Develop relationships with candidates to understand their skills and cultural match to a position. • Researching and developing innovative strategies to recruit top talent.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience working as a Recruiter (iGaming, IT) for 2+ years. • Understanding of the iGaming industry *(previous experience in iGaming industry would be considered a plus)* • Good knowledge of different recruitment practices and interviewing processes. • Excellent networking skills and strong skills in presentation, negotiation. • Languages proficiency: English - at least Upper-Intermediate level, Ukrainian/Russian - fluent/native level.
