📋 Description

• Act as a trusted advisor to clients integrating Illumio into their environments • Manage Illumio platform deployments and upgrades, coordinating timeframes and resources • Conduct technical reviews and guide change preparation • Develop Illumio-specific API scripts for service deployment, monitoring, and management • Provide best practices, documentation, and optimization recommendations • Prepare and maintain project documentation • Collaborate with IT Security, Security Tooling, and Security Operations teams • Monitor and troubleshoot deployments, addressing anomalies and performance issues • Serve as the primary interface between client teams and Illumio product and support teams • Provide deployment effectiveness metrics and reporting • Support internal teams with integration documentation and security ruleset and policy development • Facilitate platform testing and validation for client service teams • Conduct knowledge-transfer and product-training sessions for client teams • Complete administrative documentation, including timesheets and weekly reports

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of consulting or advisory experience • Strong experience with Linux, preferably CentOS/Red Hat, and Windows Server platforms • Experience with AWS, Azure, GCP, or OCI cloud computing service provider models • Experience with container platform architecture, such as Kubernetes or OpenShift • Experience with Bash, Python, Ruby, Chef, Puppet, or Ansible • Expertise in networking concepts, including network flows, protocols, and application security controls • Ability to diagnose and resolve issues in unfamiliar technology environments • Ability to adapt quickly to evolving technology and new tools • Client-facing, conflict-resolution, and project-management experience • Excellent communication skills and ability to tailor messages to different audiences • Broad understanding of IT infrastructure • Ability to quickly assimilate new product knowledge and apply it in customer environments • Technical fluency in Portuguese, Spanish, and English • Willingness to travel to the Silicon Valley headquarters for product training and knowledge development • Prior Illumio experience is not required; training will be provided
