Description

• Advise 12-16 businesses at a time through virtual meetings and occasional on-site visits on applying They Ask, You Answer principles and digital marketing and sales best practices to make a measurable impact on their sales results. • Build 12-month digital sales and marketing programs for each business. • Lead 90-day planning sessions with your clients' executive leadership teams. • Coach your businesses' executive leadership teams on executing their marketing programs. • Analyze the marketing and sales performance of each business, and get buy-in from them to commit to your recommendations. • Lead the final stages of the IMPACT sales process to convert businesses to work with you and help them onboard successfully. • Be the lead on the businesses your work with internally - coordinating with other team members, being available to support them and maintaining a seamless experience for your teammates and clients. • Create and deliver educational content such as articles, videos, tutorials, courses and live presentations. • Facilitate leadership and all-company workshops for prospects and clients.

Requirements

• Proven experience building a successful marketing function of an organization. • Experience in managing a team. • Strong understanding of content and video for sales and marketing. • Strong understanding of SEO best practices. • Strong understanding of marketing analytics. • Strong understanding of sales and marketing alignment, sales enablement. • Strong understanding of website UX. • Strong ability to independently manage your time. • Familiarity with They Ask, You Answer a plus (recommended reading). • Experience speaking and leading company workshops. • Experience with HubSpot or similar marketing and sales technology. • Familiarity with paid search and social campaigns. • Ability and willingness to travel as needed (up to 10% if local to Connecticut, up to 30% if fully remote.) • History of publishing educational, thought leadership content and videos. • Must be a strong learner. Success in this role will be dependent on your ability to quickly learn our philosophies and service offerings as well as your clients' businesses and industries.
