• Own and grow a defined territory through field prospecting, phone outreach, networking, referrals, and ongoing client engagement • Build and manage a strong sales pipeline from initial outreach through long-term account expansion • Develop a deep understanding of client operations and logistics needs to effectively position Imperative’s solutions • Use data, tools, and market insights to strategically plan daily activities and maximize territory performance • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer support and long-term success • Represent Imperative professionally and consistently with a customer first mindset in all interactions
• Strong communication skills • High emotional intelligence • Ability to collaborate across internal teams • Strong organization, time management, and follow through • CRM experience (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) is preferred but not required, training is available • Previous sales or customer facing experience is desired but not required; we’re committed to training motivated candidates • Brings resilience and a solution oriented mindset • Creative problem-solving and strategic thinking to identify opportunities and drive business growth. • Valid Driver’s License within the state territory.
